In order to supply you with a film that will match your brand values and adhere to your house style, we will need a few assets from you. These might include:
- Logos
- Mascots
- Style Guides
- Fonts
- Tag lines
- Presentations
- Photographs
- Music
- URL links
- Opening & End frame animations/logos
We are also happy to incorporate any video footage you already have in your asset library. This is useful in building the 'B' story and connecting to your company or organisation in a consistent and elegantly holistic way. Inclusion of other assets enriches the overall film experience and gives us the opportunity to build in nuanced messages.
Whether they will be viewed on a mobile phone screen or a cinema screen, we output final films in broadcast quality HD 1920 x 1080 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio as .mp4 files.
To help you communicate the specifications to other third parties, here is our wish list for footage that is not produced by Organic Films.
For the highest quality, it would be best to have footage/video supplied as:
- Preference 1: Raw footage and/or access to the editing project (in whatever software was used Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro)
- Preference 2: A finished sub-master (without music or graphics)
- Preference 3: The highest resolution to match ours (HD 1920 x 1080 pixels)
If not, we can still work with what’s available but we may have to compromise on resolution or limit the selections.
These assets are best supplied prior to or on the day of the shoot so they can all be delivered together to the edit suite and avoid confusion or delays. We are happy to receive them on USB, hard drive, OneDrive, CloudStor, ShareFile, Wetransfer, Hightail or Dropbox.
Most importantly, you need to be sure that you own the rights to the footage, photographs or final outputs and that any people who appear in them have signed the proper release.
